Industrial Manufacturing Systems
Mission-critical server infrastructure, chassis systems, CDU enclosures, and fabricated assemblies engineered for hyperscale and AI deployments.
What We Do
Our core offering. We fabricate from your CAD files, drawings, or specifications. Every project is manufactured to your requirements with precision metalwork, machining, welding, and assembly.
Fabrication of server racks, enclosures, and structural housings built to your specifications, including load requirements, airflow cutouts, and mounting systems.
We manufacture server chassis, producing hardware directly from your engineering drawings and specifications. Our process accommodates your board layouts and specified thermal requirements, including drive mounting, airflow structures, and mechanical assemblies.
Fabrication of CDU enclosures, manifolds, brackets, and supporting structures for liquid-cooled HPC and AI infrastructure systems.
Custom-fabricated cable routing systems including vertical managers, trays, and structural pathways designed for high-density data center environments.
Full post-fabrication services including finishing, coating, assembly, inspection, and quality validation before shipment.
How It Works
Every part begins with your requirements and ends as a precision-manufactured product shipped to your dock.
Upload drawings, CAD files (IGES, DXF, SolidWorks), or written specs via the client portal. Include tolerances, finish specs, and quantities.
Our team reviews your submission promptly, clarifies requirements, confirms material and finish selections, and delivers a detailed quote—typically within 48 hours.
Parts are laser-cut, CNC-bent, welded, and finished in our facility. Full QC with inspection and first-article reports on request.
Packaged for transport and shipped LTL or freight. Ongoing design revisions, repeat orders, and volume pricing available for recurring programs.
